No guarantee of reminders or notifications

Reminders, push notifications, scrolling calendar items, check-in prompts, AI nudges, daily checklists, and any other alert delivered through the App may be delayed, missed, duplicated, sent to the wrong person, or not delivered at all for reasons outside our control, including but not limited to:

• Device settings, Do Not Disturb, Focus modes, or notification permissions
• Internet, cellular, or Wi-Fi connectivity issues
• Operating system, browser, or app store changes
• Third-party service outages (push notification providers, hosting, email, SMS)
• Power loss, low battery, uninstalled or signed-out app, or device failure
• User error in entering dates, times, dosages, or contact info
• Bugs, downtime, or scheduled maintenance of the App

You should never rely on KINcare AI as your sole reminder for taking medication, attending medical appointments, administering care, contacting emergency services, or any other safety-critical task. Always use a redundant system (alarms, pharmacy reminders, a caregiver, a calendar synced with your provider, etc.) for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm.

Any information stored in or surfaced by the App — including medications, dosages, allergies, blood type, immunization history, AI-generated summaries, "Ask KINcare AI" responses, and caregiving suggestions — is provided for organizational convenience only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any medication or treatment.

In an emergency, call 911

KINcare AI does not contact emergency services, dispatch first responders, or alert medical professionals. If you or a loved one is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KINcare AI LLC, its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to missed medications, missed appointments, injury, illness, loss of life, property damage, lost data, or financial loss — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement.
